Suggestion therapy helps to enhance your strength, giving you a greater chance of reaching your goal. In hypnosis,  the trance state makes it possible to slip beneficial suggestions right into the deepest part of your mind.
A course of suggestion therapy usually takes about two or three sessions.

PINPOINT ANALYSIS

This is very useful if you have a phobia. It is a very focused and powerful therapy. I use it as way of reaching the originating cause of the phobia, and dispelling the tensions that created the phobia in the first place. You can then be truly free from the phobia, feel more relaxed and react more appropriately. To overcome a phobia usually requires up to three sessions.
